Established in 1982, Cardwells are a family run Bolton Estate Agents Which has experienced steady growth of success and reputation over the years. We now have four offices across the region; consequently, our Bolton Estate Agents still houses our largest Office and Team of Estate Agents.

Dawn, who joined the team in 2015, is a Certified Residential Agent and has over 25 years’ experience, a good number of which were in other Cardwells Branches. Sue is a former conveyancer and brings with her a legal perspective to the process and has been invaluable in providing help and advice to our clients. Terry is ex police and ensures the high standards of service and security required when accompanying viewings in our clients properties.
