Peters Field
St Peters Square is at the top of Oxford Road and Peter Street and known for many important buildings such as Central Library, Midland Hotel and Manchester Town Hall.
China Town
South of Piccadilly Gardens with many oriental restaurants, it retains a far eastern feel since a paifang archway was installed as a gift to the Chinese community in 1987.
Canal Street
Often referred to as the Gay Village which runs along the Rochdale Canal. It contains many bars, clubs and other facilities. Manchester hosts the annual Gay Pride Festival.
Railway Stations are located at Piccadilly, Victoria, Oxford Road and Deansgate. The Metrolink Stations are Piccadilly, Piccadilly Gardens, Deansgate, Market Street, Shudehill, St Peters Square and Victoria.
