The property market will remain open during the second national lockdown in England.
Our town centre offices will be open, we ask that if you are coming in to see us you wear a face covering, we have fitted shielding screens and hand sanitizer available.
All of the properties that we advertise we will have a virtual walk through viewing video, so that you still view from the comfort of your own home. In person viewings will be available, but please be mindful of the limited number of people able to attend.
We will be putting new property on the market for both sale and to let, so if you are ready to begin marketing, so are we. There are really good demand levels evident well into the lockdown period, so there will still be buyers and tenants keen to see your property.
Valuations are going ahead in the usual manner within guidelines.
We can even get properties on the market without meeting you in person if you like.
