Cardwells Estate Agents are celebrating a significant milestone this year, their 40th Birthday! The company was formed in 1982, by Richard Cardwell (pictured sat down on the right). Richard in fact conducted the first valuation for his newly formed estate agency, while his son Andrew Cardwell, the current Managing Director (pictured, sat down on the left) was being born!
Since 1982 the name Cardwell has become synonymous with the local property market. While the company has built its reputation on professionalism, integrity and value for money throughout the years.
During the 40 years Cardwells have won a variety of awards and accolades, and it was no different recently when Cardwells were recognised as the “Best Estate Agency in Greater Manchester” and as having the “Best Estate Agency Marketing in the North West” for 2021 – 2022 awarded by the United Kingdom Property Awards at a prestigious ceremony in London.
Andrew Cardwell says: “We all understand that our priority is to look after our client’s best interests, and this is just as important today, as it was when Richard started the firm in 1982.
