Supporting Mission Christmas to Bring Joy to Local Children

Cardwell’s Estate Agents, well-known for serving communities across Bolton and Bury, has once again launched an important festive initiative aimed at helping children who may otherwise miss out on the excitement of Christmas morning. Now in its seventh consecutive year, the estate agency is proudly backing the Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Appeal — a campaign designed to ensure that children living in hardship receive a gift to open on Christmas Day.

This year, Cardwells is continuing its vital role as an official drop-off point for donations, welcoming new and unwrapped gifts suitable for children and young people aged from newborn to 18 years old. As the cost of living continues to affect families across the region, the team hopes the community will once again show its incredible support and generosity.

Andrew Cardwell, Managing Director of Cardwells Estate Agents, has played a key part in championing this Christmas appeal and is deeply passionate about the difference it makes locally. He shared his thoughts on why this mission remains so important to him and his team:

“We are truly delighted to once again support the Cash for Kids Mission Christmas Appeal,” Andrew said. “This is now our seventh year collecting gifts, and every single year we are humbled and overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of the wonderful people of Bolton and Bury.

“No child should wake up without a present on Christmas morning, and the fact that so many people take the time to drop off gifts — especially during a period when many are feeling the pinch themselves — never fails to remind us how compassionate our community is. We are incredibly proud to play our small part in helping ensure that every child feels the magic of Christmas.”

Thanks to Andrew’s active involvement and the encouragement of the Cardwells team, the appeal continues to grow each year. The estate agents are urging supporters to deliver their donations as early as possible, helping Cash for Kids volunteers to sort, pack, and distribute presents well ahead of Christmas. The final deadline for donations is Monday 16th December, ensuring no child is left out when Santa comes to call.
