Cardwells Estate Agents Achieves Hat-Trick of Awards in 2019
Cardwells Estate Agents had a remarkable year in 2019, securing nominations for three prestigious awards. They were recognised in two categories by the British Property Awards – Estate Agents (Regional) and Estate Agents in North West (Manchester) – as well as receiving an award from the UK Property Awards for Best Estate Agency in Greater Manchester. Their exceptional level of customer service, evaluated through rigorous judging processes including mystery shopper experiences, led to them clinching all three nominations. The UK Property Awards form part of the International Property Awards, which encompass regions such as Asia Pacific, Africa & Arabia, The Americas, and Europe. These awards honour outstanding projects and professionals in the industry. With over 200 entries scrutinised by a judging committee chaired by four UK Lords and over 80 industry professionals, the competition was fierce. Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, remarked, “Once again, United Kingdom property professionals have excelled in every single category.
