Only a few more week’s until the big day, yes that’s right we’re talking about Christmas! For many people it’s a fun, festive and family filled time of year. We spend a lot of time with customers during this time who are looking to upgrade in time to have everyone around and we know how family orientated the festive period can be.
And that’s why we wanted to be a part of Mission Christmas with Hits Radio and the charity Cash for Kids. This is a fantastic charity covers 22 areas across the whole of the UK working together with Bauer Radio. The name might sound familiar to you if you’re an avid listener of Manchester based Hits Radio!
Cash for Kids
Cash for Kids support children up to the age of 18 who are disabled, disadvantaged or suffering from abuse or neglect. They also ensure that all the money raised within each of the 22 different areas stays in the area to help provide a helping hand when and where it’s needed the most.
This is a charity which is dear to our heart with all the good work that they do and that’s why we try to get involved and help out as much as we can every year. If you’d like to get involved and help out with this amazing cause then it’s simple, bring a donation of a new and unwrapped gift to our Bolton or Bury office. We’re then able to pass them onto the Cash for Kids team who will distribute them to children who really need them.
It’s gut wrenching to think that there are thousands of children in our local area who could be waking up to no presents on Christmas Day. We know everyone’s situations differ and from some families, Christmas is a luxury that they unfortunately can’t afford.
