Well it’s been a busy few months for us here at Cardwells, especially in our Bolton branch! As always our team have been working as hard as they can for all of our clients and thanks to everyone’s hard work we’ve actually been awarded three different awards!

British Property Awards 2019
The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency award providers as they don’t charge any sort of entrance fees. This means that their awards are structured in a way that ensures maximum participation, on average over 90% of agents that meet the minimum criteria on a local level. They provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition.
For us to have won an award, we had to go through over 25 different criteria which was put in place to obtain a balanced overview of our customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed, exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure all the judging is rigorous and fair.
UK Property Awards Real Estate
Over 200 entries were scrutinised by the judging committee chaired by four UK Lords and over 80 industry professionals. The United Kingdom Property Awards are part of the globally recognised International Property Awards which have been running for over 25 years. Covering 48 different categories, the awards are open to residential and commercial professionals with regional heats staged across the Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, Arabia, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA and UK regions.
