Intrusive Landlord. Some Landlords are under the impression that they can enter your home at any time, without warning, just because they own the property. This isn’t true; you have a right to your privacy. If you are uncomfortable, speak to your Estate Agent for advice on your rights.
Money. From time to time, you may find yourself in a situation where you’re struggling to pay rent that month. If this is the case, try not to panic. You might anticipate your Landlord will not listen and will demand the money, but if you’re honest with them and have been a responsible tenant, they may be more understanding than you think.
