Since its inception in February, the team has made significant strides, participating in various tournaments and leagues to showcase their prowess on the court. Notably, the team secured a commendable third-place finish out of eight competing teams at a tournament held at Philips High School and clinched the runner-up spot in the Bury schools basketball league. To further bolster their efforts and foster a sense of unity among the players, Cardwells Estate Agents, located in Bury Old Road, Whitefield, generously sponsored the team by providing them with brand new kits adorned in the school’s signature blue-and-gold colours.
