Cardwells Estate Agents in Bolton is proud to support the Mission Christmas campaign in partnership with the charity CashForKids. Their Bolton town centre office on Institute Street is an official drop-off point for donations. The initiative aims to provide disadvantaged children across Greater Manchester with gifts to make their Christmas special. Donations of new, unwrapped presents can be made until December 16, and every contribution helps to bring festive joy to those who need it most.
Andrew Cardwell, Managing Director of Cardwells, has highlighted the importance of community involvement in this campaign. “We’re trying to help in a small way by collecting presents for children who may not receive anything this year. The kindness of Bolton’s residents has already shone through, with donations starting to come in. One couple, for example, have been purchasing an extra item every week for months and recently delivered two large sacks of gifts.”
Help Bring Joy to Disadvantaged Children
Cardwells has been involved with Mission Christmas for five years, and the campaign continues to grow. Mr Cardwell added, “This year will be challenging for many families, but one extra gift could make all the difference to a child. We’re proud to provide our office as a drop-off point and collaborate with this fantastic charity.”
Residents are encouraged to donate toys or gifts for children of all ages. Items must be new, unwrapped, and can include anything from toys and books to clothing. The community’s generosity ensures that every child experiences the magic of Christmas, regardless of their circumstances.
